ReferShe is dedicated to breaking barriers and advancing gender equality in sports by empowering women to lead as officials. Through education, mentorship, and advocacy, we aim to create opportunities, challenge stereotypes, and build a diverse community of trailblazers who shape the future of sports officiating.
OUR GOAL
Our goal is to empower 1,000 women to step confidently into the world of sports officiating by 2030 through education, mentorship, and advocacy, fostering a more inclusive future for sports. This will help to pave the road for other future leaders to break through within the industry.

Who Are We Helping?
Our goal is to provide the necessary resources for anyone to become a referee. The first step is always the hardest, and the world of refereeing is no different. By utilizing our resources, anyone will be able to see the necessary steps towards becoming a certified official across various sports.

What Will We Provide?
We will offer education, trainings, testing, and personalized programs to help women understand and exceed the necessary requirements on both the education and physical aptitude sides of certification. By going above and beyond the bottom-line, ReferShe will help to develop world-class officials.

Where Will It Be Offered?
Initially, ReferShe will launch in a fully remote setting with the hopes of eventually incorporating in-person sessions in the near future. By launching with fully online functionality, we hope to also be accessible by the largest amount of people from day one.
